Moretti rods are actually Effetre rods. but people for years have only known them as Moretti... so that's what we call them now.

Rods are approximately 5-6 mm in Diameter, but some colors are only available in 4-6 MM or 7-8mm,

Rods are cut approximately 13 to 13 1/2 inches long.

Rods are priced by the ounce and sold by the rod or by the 1/4 pound.  The quantity is dependent on the mm size of the rods; 1/4 pound could be 2 rods or 9 rods.

Coefficient of expansion (COE) 104.  The annealing range is 920-968 degrees.
